TCk4, TCK6, TCK10 is a series of specially developed film which have high thermal conductivity, high dielectric strength and are very durable insulators. they combine special polyimide film worth ceramic filled silicone rubber. the mater oil deliver excellent thermal performance and provide a continuous, physically strong dielectric barrier against cut through and resultant assembly failures.
